"There are four main skills required to handle the HR services agent position well - administrative skills, good communication skills, langugage skills and team work skills. The major part of the HR services agent position is administrative tasks. Being an administrative expert helps to handle the position and assigned tasks perfectly. As in HR services we provide services for all KONE employees as well as for local HR units, communication skills play a crucial role in building good relationship with units and gaining customer satisfaction. We provide services for different countries in different languages, therefore being fluent in English and the language of the main country of support are required. As HR agents we are expected to work together with our colleagues in HR and managers in effective way to deliver common goals and this requires good Team work skills."
